Welcome to the Meaningful Work Profile Tool website of Beaumont Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 60 097 409 206) ("we", "us" or "Beaumont People"), leading provider of recruitment and human resource consulting services.


This website is located on the web via the domain and includes all of the files located in that domain ("this site").

Agreement to these Website Terms of Use

By accessing this site and using the Meaningful Work Profile Tool (“Profile Tool”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (" Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use set out the terms on which you are permitted to access and use the site, including the Profile Tool, in your capacity as a participant and constitute a binding agreement between you and Beaumont People. If you are using the Profile as an organisation for your employees the Terms and Conditions of Business Meaningful Work Profile Tool will also apply to the legal relationship between Beaumont People and you in relation to your use of the Profile Tool and services provided by Beaumont People.


So please read the Terms of Use carefully and make sure that you understand them before commencing to use the site. If you refuse to agree to these Terms of Use, we do not give you permission to use the site and Profile Tool and you must cease to do so immediately.


Privacy Policy


By submitting personal information to us you agree that you have read and understood the Beaumont People Privacy Policy as any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with it.


Legal capacity to transact


If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot register on this site. By using this site, you represent and warrant to Beaumont People that you are over the age of 16 years. Should Beaumont People suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from their parents or guardians.


Restrictions on use


Your use of the site and Meaningful Work Profile Tool


You may use the site and Profile Tool for your personal use only unless it is specifically provided for Beaumont People customers as your employer. No material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, other than for reference purposes only, and provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, modify, translate, frame, or reformat any of the material contained on this site. You must not commercially exploit any of the material appearing on this site for, or in connection with, any business or enterprise (whether for profit or otherwise), including any business or enterprise that is in competition with this site. Modification of the Proprietary Content or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Beaumont People Copyright and other proprietary rights, without the prior written authorisation from Beaumont People. Everything that appears on the site, including text, structure, composition, graphic elements, layout, logos, software, and all other possible elements of this site, with the exception of the contributions of third parties, is Proprietary Content protected by intellectual property rights of Beaumont People, its suppliers or partners. You must not do anything that leads, or may lead, to a decrease in the value of Beaumont People's intellectual property rights in this site.


No illegal use


You must not use the site or any of its content in any manner for any purpose which is illegal or prohibited by law. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to post or transmit any information or material which in any way infringes or violates the rights of others or which is defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable.


Violations of these Terms of Use

Without limiting any other remedies available to Beaumont People at law or in equity, Beaumont People reserves the right to, without notice, temporarily or indefinitely suspend, or terminate, your access to this site or refuse to provide services to you if:

  • the Beaumont People is unable to verify or authenticate any information that you provide to us; or
  • the Beaumont People believes that your actions may cause damage and/or legal liability to Beaumont, any of its customers or suppliers or any other person.


You indemnify Beaumont People and its officers, employees, agents, consultants, licensors, partners, and affiliates from and against any losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages (including indirect and consequential losses or damages of every kind and nature, including all legal fees) suffered or incurred by any of them due to, arising out of:

  • any material or information that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through this site;
  • your use of, or connection to, this site or the Profile Tool; or
  • your negligence or misconduct, breach of these Terms of Use or violation of any law or the rights of any person.

Registration and account security


Requirement for registration


You can access areas of this site without registering but if you wish to undertake the Profile Tool you will be required to register with the site. Beaumont People reserves the right to make any parts of this site accessible only to users who have registered.


Username and password

Upon registration with this site, you will be issued with a username and password to access the Profile Tool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password for this site. Beaumont People will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree that Beaumont People will be entitled to assume that any person using this site with your username and password is you or your authorised representative.

You must notify Beaumont People immediately of any known or suspected unauthorised use of any password or any other breach of security.


User information

In order to register with this site, you must agree to these Terms of Use and provide Beaumont People with:

  • a valid email address, which we will use to contact you with the results of the Profile Test
  • any other information that may be required by the Beaumont People during the registration process.

You represent and warrant to Beaumont People that all information provided to Beaumont People by you, including the information provided by you through our registration module is true, accurate and not misleading and does not violate any applicable law or regulation or any person's intellectual property or other rights.


Multiple accounts and automated account opening

One person may not maintain more than one account with this site. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.


Approval of registrations

Beaumont People reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration with this site at its discretion.


Profile Tool

Once registered you will be able to use the site to take a test using the Profile Tool (Profile Test).  The results of the Profile Test are automatically analysed, and you will receive a report which will summarise your results and offer you insights when compared to our academic research on this topic.


Our Profile Test is provided for information and educational purposes only and no other purpose. You acknowledge that the information obtained from assessments systems such as the Profile Tool is persuasive rather than conclusive and should always be used in conjunction with other available information.


The Profile Tool should not be regarded or relied upon as being a comprehensive opinion or assessment regarding your or any site user’s psychological wellbeing or job satisfaction. Any decisions you make once you have read the contents of our Profile Test results are for you alone and we will not be liable for the consequences of any such decisions.  Your profile is for personal use unless you are undertaking the Profile Test at work for your employer and is not otherwise intended for use in any business, employment, or recruitment context.


Beaumont People reserves the right to use your deidentified or anonymous data to improve the accuracy of the Profile Tool and gather insights into what makes work meaningful in various population groups.

We also gather information about all our site users collectively. We only use such data anonymously and in aggregate to help us to determine what information is most useful for our users and how we can create a better website experience for you.


Intellectual property



In these Terms of Use, the term "Proprietary Content" means:

  • this site, the Profile Tool and the Profile Test.
  • all of the content (including all of the text, graphics, designs, software, data, sound and video files and other information contained in this site, and the selection and arrangement thereof); and
  • all software, systems and other information owned or used by Beaumont People in connection with the Profile Test and services offered through this site (whether hosted on the same server as this site or otherwise).

All Proprietary Content is the property of Beaumont People or its licensors (as applicable) and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You must not reproduce, transmit, republish or prepare derivative works from any of the Proprietary Content, except as expressly authorised by these Website Terms of Use or with the prior written consent of Beaumont People or other copyright owner (as applicable).



Beaumont People’s logo is a trademark of Beaumont People. The look and feel of this site (including all button icons, scripts, custom graphics, and headers) are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade dress of Beaumont People. These trademarks, service marks and trade dress may not be used, copied, or imitated, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Beaumont People.


Disclaimer of warranties




This site is provided strictly on an "as is" and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beaumont People and its officers, employees, agents, consultants, licensors, partners, and affiliates do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that:

  • the use of this site will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system, or data;
  • this site or the Profile Tool will meet your requirements or expectations.
  • anything on this site, or on any third-party website referred or linked to in this site, is reliable, accurate, complete, or up to date;
  • the quality of any services, information or other material obtained through this site will meet any particular requirements or expectations.
  • the results of any actions or decisions you make as a result of using the Profile Tool
  • errors or defects will be corrected; or
  • this site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability


Exclusion of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beaumont People and its officers, employees, agents, consultants, licensors, partners and affiliates exclude all liability to you or any other person for any loss, cost, expense, claim or damage (whether arising in contract, negligence, tort, equity, statute or otherwise, and for any loss, whether it be consequential, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or otherwise, including any loss of profits, loss or corruption of data or loss of goodwill) arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, these Terms of Use or the use of this site or Profile Tool by you or any other person.


Nothing in these Terms of Use will (a) limit our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation (c) limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.


Remedies limited

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beaumont People and its officers, employees, agents, consultants, licensors, partners, and affiliates expressly limit their liability for breach of any non-excludable condition or warranty/guarantee implied by virtue of any legislation to the following remedies (the choice of which is to be at Beaumont's People sole discretion) to the supply of the services again; or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.


Force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any other provision of these Website Terms of Use, Beaumont People excludes liability for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms of Use where such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Beaumont People, and Beaumont People shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.






Beaumont People may provide any notification for the purposes of these Terms of Use by email and/or by adding the notification into your user control panel.



You may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without Beaumont' People’s prior written consent. Your registration with this site is personal to you and may not be sold or otherwise transferred to any other person.


Beaumont People may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you.


No waiver

Waiver of any power or right under these Terms of Use must be in writing signed by the party entitled to the benefit of that power or right and is effective only to the extent set out in that written waiver. Any failure by Beaumont People to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Beaumont People 's right to act with respect to that breach or any subsequent or similar breaches.



The provisions of these Terms of Use are severable and, if any provision of these Website Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future law, such provision may be removed, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.



Beaumont People reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and any other policy on this site at any time in its sole discretion and any such changes will, unless otherwise noted, be effective immediately. Your continued usage of this site will mean you accept those amendments. Beaumont People reserves the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to change, suspend, discontinue, or impose limits on any aspect or content of this site or the services offered through this site.


You may only vary or amend these Terms of Use by written agreement with Beaumont People.


Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed in all respects by the laws of New South Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts of appeal from them.
